INTERNATIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY COMPETITION 2015 Under the patronage of Yann Arthus Bertrand ‘Climate: a state of emergency’ Instructions The competition is open to any non professional and semi-professional photographer (the person shall not be a professional photographer who is known for his art and who earns his livelihood only from photography). Participants shall submit 2 photographs on the theme: ‘Climate: a state of emergency’. For the pre-selection phase, participants shall submit 2 digital files in TIFF (.tiff) or JPEG (.jpeg) format, on 300 DPI resolution (at least: 30x40 cm in 300 dpi in pixel, i.e. 3543x4724 pixels).
