Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to request a refund for your event ticket purchase. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our event organizers. Please read the following policy carefully before requesting a refund.


  • Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the event date.

  • Refunds will only be issued for the full cost of the ticket, and any applicable fees will not be refunded.

  • If the event is canceled or rescheduled, we will automatically issue a refund to the original method of payment.

  • If the event is not canceled or rescheduled, refunds will only be issued for the following reasons:

    • If you are unable to attend the event due to illness or emergency. In this case, a doctor's note may be required as proof.

    • If the event organizer approves a refund for a specific reason.

  • Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:

    • If you change your mind about attending the event

    • If you are unable to attend due to personal circumstances

    • If you are denied entry to the event for any reason

  • If a refund is approved, please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed.
