Adina Foundation Uganda (AFU) is a Charitable Non-Governmental Organization that works to Rehabiitate children with Physical disabilities. This has been done through corrective surgery and Physiotherapy. Due to the overwhelming demand for AFU services, AFU is organizing a marathon to raise funds for more children with Physical disabilities to access life saving surgeries for conditions such as hydrocephalus, spina bifida, osteomyelitis, clubfoot among others.
