Greetings!

As a lecturer in hospitality and tourism, I am working on developing the tourism ecosystem in Ghana. I believe that Ghana should be the destination for more visitors and has not yet reached it's capacity.

There is no better time to create a clear path for visitors in 2019. The Year of Return will bring countless visitors, but many are not ready. For maximum success, it will require better customer service and a commitment to creating experiences that exceed expectations.

This Friday, January 18 from 5-7pm I am hosting our third Tourism Entrepreneurship Workshop hosted by the Tomreik Hotel. This will be an interactive exchange of ideas and an opportunity for long term improvement of the sector. Participants will be pushed to make commitments to help create a stronger tourism ecosystem, which I will record in the book I am writing about Ghana.
