Beach I'm Vegan a curated food menu for my Foodies who are plant based lovers. Comfort food on the beach you can feel good about. No Dairy, Egg or Animal Based ingredients. Because enjoying vegan foods is more than a bowl of plain white rice. Limited Servings

Menu Options

1. Nacho Bowl filled with Tortilla Chips, Vegan Steak, Black Beans, Tomatoes, Avocado, Onions, Plantain, Cilantro, served with side of Chili Sauces and vSour Cream.
2. 3 Sliders... you will want to curl up to sleep afterwards base of Vegan Chicken (non soy), Guac topping, a hint of Green Chili all smothered smothered in vCheese with Garlic vButter Glaze served with Slaw and a Spicy Mustard Dipping Sauce.
3. Lasagna... imagine layers of bubbling sauce that’s simmered for hours with sweet tomatoes, fragrant basil, and a hint of garlic. Between those sheets lies a velvet‑smooth blend of creamy vegan like-ricotta, melted vMozzarella with every forkful that delivers a comforting hug, a whisper of herbs, and that perfect crunch of toasted cheese on top. It’s the kind of lasagna that makes you close your eyes, sigh, and instantly plan your next bite. Side Garden Salad.
