ZAO program focuses on areas we believe are critical to developing a successful leader, employee, entrepreneur and global citizen. It's a highly intensive 5-day residential and experimental learning youth conference, bringing together highly motivated youths from across Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania. The ZAO Summit will center on: Personal Development, Job Readiness, Preparation Skills and Entrepreneurship. Bespoken skills training at the summit will be delivered by a combined faculty including Global Education Fund - Kenya, Asante Africa Foundation professional training, leading practitioners in the field of youth and a cohort of high school student alumnus. There is a subsidized fee of $200 (Ksh.20,000)/high school student which covers all meals and lodging at the beautiful Nature's Camp in Naivasha plus transport to and from Nairobi to the Summit venue.
