Hi Everyone, We would like to present to you the first ever Zambia Day of Fitness. The Zambia Day of Fitness will bring together students from universities and colleges nationwide namely UNZA, CBU, CAVENDISH, APEX, ZCAS, UNILUS and MULUNGUSHI. These students will compete in various fitness and sport disciplines and the winners will have the opportunity to meet professionals from the CrossFit Global Governing Body. There will be 20 companies there and the audience (those of you buying tickets) will participate in ZOCA, Body Balance, Fat Attack and Abdominal Assault. These events will aim to find the fittest Male and Female in Zambian universities and colleges, as well the fittest university team from a relay competition. VENUE The Zambia Day of Fitness will be taking place at the National Heroes Stadium in Lusaka. You are all invited to participate. TIME The gates will open on Saturday 15th October at 08:00AM on the dot and will remain open until the end of the event at 12:00PM. That is 4 hours of none stop Fitness Fun.
