Writing can be an excellent tool in reflection, growth and healing. It helps us to identify thoughts and emotions lurking in dark corners of our consciousness, and supports us in processing experiences in a healthy way. Join this one day retreat where we will create a safe space to learn different styles of writing for healing.
You don't need to consider yourself a 'writer' - all you need is an open mind and a desire to grow! In our time together, we will:
- meditate
- explore 3 different styles of writing for healing
- create a non-judgemental and supportive space for growth and community
In addition to this, all attendees will receive a guided meditation audio and a full moon worksheet to take away!
