Autism Lights is a non profit organization that is working towards creating Autism Awareness and enhancing the quality of life for children and families affected by Autism in our community’s youth. We estimate that there are thousands of children and families in Kenya and across the globe kids that are presently affected by Autism with no access to resources, information, nutrition, basic human rights and needs including, but not limited to proper healthcare services including Applied Behavioral Analysis products that are an evidence based scientific methods that have been proven to address the symptoms of Autism. There are thousands of caregivers and parents of children with Autism that are not well equipped to handle this. In an attempt to address the disparity, we feel that there is an urgent need to create Autism Awareness by having an event geared towards this on WORLD AUTISM AWARENESS DAY, APRIL 2nd 2016! Let us all LIGHT IT UP BLUE!
