BMK Advanced Corporate Training will be hosting a first ever Workforce and Skill Development Summit 2017 in Tanzania. Scheduled to take place on 24th November 2017 at Kisenga LAPF International Conference Center [KLICC] Dar-es-Salaam.
Currently Tanzania faces an ever-increasing shortage of skilled workers in almost every sector. This highlights the importance in the investment of skills development programs to address these shortfalls and add much needed capacity to our economy. There is a need for Development within a framework of inclusivity and development that is transformative.
The summit will bring together over 300 delegates ranging from Country Ambassadors, International Representatives, Education, Government Officials and Business to discuss how business, government and education can work together more effectively to deliver the skills required for economic growth in the Tanzania
The summit will highlight several successful business partnerships that will help give youth of Tanzania opportunities to train for good-paying jobs that don’t necessarily require a four-year degree.
The summit will also serve as a platform for the launch of MMV Foundation a Workforce & Skills Development Center.
