Wave-festival is an annual celebration of headwrap culture through Durags, Bonnets and any other form of headwrap. That brings up the question:

 “So if i don’t have a head wrap i can’t come?” You can, no you must. We want you to show up to our events, participate and celebrate the same way we celebrate at every other event.
