In the process, plastics wastes pollution increased, and with the rate of improper disposal growing, our country stands a chance like many others in recording a massive pollution with accompanying complications this year if not controlled.

The foundation has been working heavily this year in addressing the waste concerns in the country especially at the hotspots.
Last year, the foundation launched its James Town Waste Management project with the aim of educating residents on the proper waste management processes and disposal methods as well as recycle the hoard of plastic wastes resident in the community.
Processes have began with education, collection and segregation, with the next stage being recycling. Also, it’s about to enroll it’s National basic school tour plan on plastic waste management to engage the youth in achieving a waste free society.
