A young graduate (Kofi Annan) was posted to a village called Akumfi in the southern east of Ghana for his national service as a teacher; he came across this poor little beautiful virgin girl called Serwaa who has no interest in formal education (School) because she is not good in class and can’t even spell her own name “as a JHS 2 student” but she has been force to be in school by her mother and the Headmaster of the village school; Teacher Kofi felt so bad for this girl and dedicated his time for this girl to at least know how to write her own name.
