Event Details
32° East | Ugandan Arts Trust is proud to present the work of some of our members and previous aritsts in residence in the Uganda Arts diary 2018. We are also excited for our new diary format which, while incorporating the calendar, is more flexible than a traditional diary and allows you to take notes, make appointments or stetck in a notebook and/or diary format all year round! All proceeds from the diary will go to the programs and operations of 32° East , so thank you for your support in making 32° East as space for Ugandan artists to grow.
On November 17th, we will be hosting a book launch. Here, you'll get to see, in-person, the works you'll be admiring in your diary throughout 2018. You'll also get the chance to speak with some of the artists featured in the diary and get to know more about what drives them to create the work that they have. Join us for this pop-up exhibition and celebration of Ugandan art at The Square Place from 6.30pm onwards.
We would like to thank Sam Rich, the person behind the original Uganda Arts Diary, for his support.
