8PM: We will get to know the participants - who is in the room and what are they hoping to accomplish in the tourism industry.

8:30PM: I will present 2-3 chapters of the book. So that everyone can be prepared, I have uploaded a portion of the book to www.tourismisgold.com

9PM: We will take a deep dive into some of the questions that participants have. You are encouraged to send questions ahead of time.
