Safari ya Gwalu Daniel Manege, Tanzania 2015, 130 min Safari ya Gwalu is an inspirational drama that tells a story about real life struggles, perseverance and the importance of education. Main character is a simple, ordinary guy called Gwalu who lives his life as a newspaper seller at a place called Mtakuja. Unfortunately his bike gets stolen and he decides to look for another job. He is convinced that if he was more educated, he would not be taken for granted. That’s when he decides to go back to school to finish his primary education.
