Hördur - Between the worlds Ekrem Ergün, 84 min., 2014/15 One day, Aylin loses control: the young German-Turkish woman ends up physically defending herself against her classmate’s endless provocations and insults, and is sentenced to fifty hours of community service by a juvenile court. The decision offers salvation from distress: Aylin works on a farm with Icelandic horses where, challenged and encouraged by her boss, she learns to ride and befriends Hördur, a stubborn stallion.
