Warren Editions presents: THERE and BACK | ‘South African Art Prints’ at Warren Editions On show at the Warren Editions Project Space, this exhibition of original South African prints was curated by Mandy Conidaris for ‘art limited - art multiple’, the 20th Grenchen Print Triennale, which took place in Switzerland in September 2015. Conidaris chose a selection of prints from five contemporary professional print studios countrywide, from the first established studio to the youngest. By design, the participating artists are, in general, not known beyond our borders. Her intention was to draw attention to the diverse nature of our print imagery, to give international viewers a taste of the high technical quality of work coming out of South African professional printmaking studios, and show the way that printmakers and artists, within a spirit of professional collaboration, successfully marry concept and content.
