The Ghana’Asem Leadership Series: November Edition
Ghana’Asem is a series of discussions on relevant topics pertaining to today’s youth. The series is an open forum addressing current issues facing the African continent and the Diaspora. It is a four-part dialogue which takes place every last Wednesday of the month fom August to November.
On Wednesday, 30th November 2016, from 6pm-8pm, join threesixtyGh, iSpace, TedxAccra and JustFresh for the fourth and last edition of the Ghana’Asem Leadership Series happening inside the iSpace garden in in Labone.

With less than two weeks to the 2016 elections this November edition will delve a bit into politics in Ghana and will feature special guests from various political parties.

Moderators for the November Edition:
Nana Akwasi Awuah is a young trial attorney and an activist for good governance, social justice and social accountability. He is a founder of the OccupyGhana Movement, which is now a formidable voice in the demands for good governance. Nana Akwasi is also a Mandela Washington Fellow under President Barack Obama's Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI).
A Convener at the Concerned Ghanaians for Responsible Governance (CGRG), a non-partisan civil society group dedicated to the principle that good and prudent governance provides the bedrock for the fulfilment of the Ghanaian Dream. At the heart of this dream lies an inalienable right to happiness for all Ghanaians, limited only by their natural endowments. This Dream holds no matter which political party is in office. Our aim as a group of concerned citizens is to ensure that, using every possible legitimate and constitutional means, government is made to be more responsible and accountable to the Citizens of Ghana.
Dziffa Akua Ametam is the founder of Dziffa.com, an online marketplace for Diasporans looking to discover and purchase authentic, handmade African goods directly from local businesses. She is also a Communications teaching fellow at Meltwater Entrepreneurial School of Technology where she works with brilliant entrepreneurs from Ghana., South Africa, and Nigeria. Dziffa was awarded the 2014 Entrepreneur of the year by African Youth Excellence, named Top 30 Under 30 rising stars of Ghana by Future of Ghana, and named Top 100 Visionary Women to Watch in 2016 by Innov8tiv. She’s a fellow of the Edward T. Rogowsky Program, the American Economic Summer Training Program, and Yale Global Pre-MBA Program.
