This years theme is Alpha woman: Cracking the Leadership Code

This year's edition will feature women of seasoned corporate and business standing, who will

share their experiences, professional challenges, strategies, and practical workplace tips on

how women redefine leadership, the future state of women in leadership, and how they can

lead with confidence and be a driving force toward positive social change.

The format of the conference will be 2 discussion panels with 4 speakers on each panel,

each beginning with a keynote speaker and a moderator.
