The National Citizens' Manifesto 2016 - 2021 will be launched in a televised landmark moment to be withnessed by millions of Uganda. Informed by numerous written regional interest groups and other submissions, the 2016-2021 Manifesto is an aspirational document, a synthesis of demands by Ugandans mobilized under various processes linked to the Citizens Manifesto by citizens who set forth an agenda to define the political accountability agenda for 2016-2021 election period.
