The Sports Writers Association of Liberia (SWAL) will for the first time this year hold its CONGRESS. But just before that, SWAL will conduct an EXTRA-ORDINARY CONGRESS on the Last Saturday in May 2015. All SWAL MEMBERS are to attend.
