There are lots of students who are full of talents, skills and potential that can be very useful to businesses, institutions, organizations and communities across Ghana. Unfortunately, most of them do not know how to turn their potential into making money whiles in school through consulting services.

This workshop has been designed to engage, develop and recruit students from various educational institutions who would be groomed to specialize in their areas of interest to serve as consultants in and after school. 

Those recruited would be provided with the tools, resources, mentorship and coaching before being linked with businesses, organizations, institutions and communities to provide consulting services and get paid for it.

The Student Consultancy program provides employability skills training and work-based experiences to students and an opportunity for clients to access consultancy services no matter where they are. We welcome clients from all sectors, startups, SMEs, NGOs, churches, community projects/organisations, retail, arts, local government, public sector agencies and more.

Therefore, students from all disciplines and year levels can participate in the program and work in teams to address a strategic issue or business problem affecting the clients they work with. Students who demonstrate real competence and high performance during the process would be employed by Mpact Lane Consult to serve as one of its Consultants all over Ghana and beyond.
