The Soy Food Festival is an annual event celebrating the versatility and nutritional benefits of soy-based foods in Ghana, Uganda, and across Africa. Organized by the American Soybean Association and World Initiative for Soy in Human Health (ASA/WISHH), in collaboration with local partners, this festival aims to promote the incorporation of soy products into the daily diets of Africans while fostering entrepreneurship and influencing policy.
Our mission is to raise awareness about the nutritional value of soy and its potential to enhance food security and improve public health. By bringing together key stakeholders from various sectors, we explore the versatility of soy and its benefits for human nutrition, animal feed, and innovative applications.
