HAY FOUNDATION AFRICA, is a mental health organization that aims to increase awareness of mental health distresses in Africa. We host fun and interactive monthly support group meetings to achieve our aim. These meetings are open to all. This month we are hosting a Painting session as a way to unwind and relax. It’s a safe space to talk about your day to day challenges, have fun and walk away feeling relieved.
