Event Description: Safe Space Yoga - Weekly Sessions at L’Espace
Breathe, stretch, and reconnect with yourself at Safe Space Yoga, resuming Monday, 14th April 2025! Hosted every Monday at L’Espace (11 KG 28 Ave), these calming sessions are designed for all levels and offer a supportive space to unwind, strengthen your body, and center your mind.
