Right to Dream's premise is that Ghana needs more role models across all sectors to lead  positive and sustainable change.  The academy takes talented children from the most underprivileged backgrounds; offers them a full scholarship to the Academy which provides them with a first class education, a unique character development and leadership program (nurturing them into role models, committed to giving back to their communities) and sports training.  Upon graduation they enter a network of world class development opportunities made available for them.
