Come join us for the 2nd monthly Roots of Movement parkour jam, this time at Uhuru Park, on Processional Way (look for the big stands facing the hill). As it will be Halloween, we have a theme: Super Heroes! It could be an existing one or one of your own creation (we just want to see you in spandex ;-)). Remember to bring water and sunscreen! This event is completely FREE and open to the public. The warm up will be led by an Intu-fit coach and thereafter, it's play time!
