SATURDAY 30th August 2014- THE ARCADES CHALLENGE- 3 hours of exercise

05.00hrs to 08 hrs

05.00 to 06.20, 1 .20 hrs 5 km run, arcades, thabo mbeki, nagwenya,via addis ababa road back to arcades.

06.20 to 06.40 Skipping challenge

and then the aerobics work out up to 08hrs

its freeeeeeeeeeeeee

TUESDAY- Aerobics class from 18 to 19.30hrs @ 30kwacha @ barclays sports complex

WEDNESDAY - run with Lusaka fitness Squad, 04.50hrs to 06.20hrs, with 10 min , 15 minutes mini Aerobics work out.@ arcades free free.

THURSDAY- Aerobics class from 18 to 19.30hrs @ 30kwacha @ barclays sports complex.

friday - run with Lusaka fitness Squad, 04.50hrs to 06.20hrs, with 10 minutes skipping 15 minutes mini Aerobics work out.@ arcades free free.
