Rebecca Chandler is a veteran film producer with 24 years experience producing commercials, feature films, television series, music videos and documentaries all over the world - including Kenya and much of Africa. Rebecca will bring her many years of experience producing both in Kenya and in all other major markets while discussing a wide range of topics such as Scriptwriting/Development and Options, Director Collaboration, Script Breakdown and Budgeting, Pre-Production, Production, Post-Production and Wrap, Contract, Business and Copyright Law, and Production Accounting and Auditing. Participants will have an appetite for film production and for producing great stories. You do not need to have a Univeristy degree to enroll. This workshop is designed as an introduction to producing and will give you the basic tools necessary to improve and/or introduce you into the role of a producer.
