Girls' football comes to the fore again, and this time at the grassroots. The first of its kind, the Primary Schools League - Girls' Gala will take place on 29th July 2017 at Uganda Martyrs High School - Lubaga. The best two teams will qualify for the finals which will be played in August alongside the boys’ final. The finalists will win medals and jerseys while the winner will additionally walk away with a trophy. All schools will win a certificate and footballs.
