Event Details

We are back at independence stadium for an awesome pre-summer staircase challenge. We meet and park cars at OYDC at 5.45am, run to independence stadium for the work out at 6am. Climbing stairs increases core muscle strength: Climbing stairs is a great way to amp your core muscle strength; glutes, hamstrings, quadriceps, abs and calves to exercise and thus tones your body better. Because it arises your heart race immediately, it's maximizes your cardio workout! See you there!
