We're proud to welcome POPCAP, the piclet.org Prize for contemporary African photography to Uganda. POPCAP is taking part in #UPPA2016 with a POPCAP 2012 – 2016 retrospective screening of all 25 outstanding works exhibited by POPCAP since 2012; as well as an augmented reality show of the the 5 POPCAP '16 winners in collaboration with Tagxy. Please get the 'Tagxy' app for it is very important for the augmented reality show.
