On 25th March we are going to celebrate women, yes you! It’s time to take a moment for yourself. Time to relax, learn and enjoy the company of other intelligent women.
3 brands, 4 remarkable women have teamed up to put on a Pilates and Prosecco evening.
With the Pilates class starting at 6pm we’ll condition our bodies, followed by a short talk on mental health by the highly acclaimed therapist, Dr Carol of Thrive Care.
Delicious light-bites provided by The Mix will be circulating complimented by Monava’s chilled crisp Prosecco.
