Cast a Light on Prejudice Is a combine exhibition of portrait works in progress exploring identities and tackling the topic of Albinism in Uganda, with which the photographer intends to show beautiful images of Albino people in public spaces so as to engage the public into a dialogue about a topic considered taboo by many Ugandans. While as ‘‘Queens in Essence’’shows portraits of Nubian Women and young ladies from Kibera, Nairobi staged in a modern photo studio as they strictly dressed in Nubian wear shown as Queens that they really are,in relation to their past history that differs from their political presentstance. The photographer intends to educate the new generation of Nubians about their reach history that they hardly know much about.
