Last year in November, we introduced you to our Vuka Mpaka series of events in collaboration with Unseen Nairobi. Vuka Mpaka which translates to 'Cross the border' is a night of networking and exchange between African and diasporan creatives.
With our second edition around the corner we are excited to announce that our next stop will be Ghana 
Our special guest for this second edition is Douglas Opoku aka 'Dopo' a visual/art director and creative based in Kumasi and founder of founder of PRJCT Kumasi. Dopo recently directed a short film called ‘Stories of Visa Inequality,’ with Lago Collective who do research on migration and culture - a subject dear to us.
Join us on the 29th January, 2025 as we immerse ourselves in Ghanaian culture, learn about new creative territory, eat Ghanaian food, listen to Ghanaian music and find avenues for more direct collaboration in our creative scenes.
