Omega Project Management Foundation an NGO based in Accra in partnership with CDD_Ghana, and in collaboration with UNICEF, Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development Ghana, Local Government Service Ghana and the Volta Regional Coordinating Council, will launch the Ghana Districts League Table on Monday March 13, 2017. The launch of the league table is to sensitize and educate the actors within the local government system to know performance districts in the Volta Region, among districts in Ghana. Volta region is the operational area of Omega Project Management Foundation, hence Ho being the regional capital was chosen as the venue of the launch. Our focus as an NGO working with Ghana Centre for Democratic Development (CDD-Ghana) is to sensitize citizens in our operational area demand accountability from civil and public servants for improved public service and public goods delivery. Under the Districts League Table program, districts are classified into position based on certain development criteria.
