Welcome to the Nordic Film Festival 2016! The Danish, Norwegian and Swedish Embassies in Dar es Salaam are coming together with the Goethe-Institut to bring you the best in Nordic films on the theme 'Youth & Citizenship'. Every Thursday in November we will screen exceptional Nordic films at the Goethe-Institut. Inspired by the Nordic films and the screening of the widely acclaimed Tanzanian short film ‘Shoe Shine’ (2013) on the final evening, the festival will conclude in a panel discussion on the role of youth in Tanzanian society.
