As part of the activities to mark the Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW2017), we announce the NATIONAL YOUTH ENTREPRENUERSHIP SUMMIT (NAYES 2017) During 13 -19, November, 2017, there will be hundreds of events and competitions in NIGERIA to inspire millions of Nigerian youths to engage in ICT entrepreneurial activity while connecting them to potential collaborators, mentors and investors. The event is powered by the Hugtech Information Links, the initiative is supported by dozens of Business and Political leaders and a network of more than 15,000 partner organizations. NAYES 2017 would be held at the UNIVERSITY OF NIGERIA, ENUGU CAMPUS, (UNEC).The summit aim are as follows: To create a platform to raise and nurture entrepreneurs in the ICT sector in the country. To connect youth from the academic communities to entrepreneurial opportunities To expose young people to the benefits of entrepreneurship through different activities and to motivate them to explore their own entrepreneurial ideas A national initiative that introduces entrepreneurship to young people in South east ,Nigerias To promote a society of financially independent individuals who are empowered citizens, contributing to the improvement of their communities. The Summit two main areas of focus are: advancing entrepreneurship and improving the education of the youth. The summit theme: ICT Entreprenueurship/Innovation:The Art of Unleashing Greatness.
