Come join us on Sunday at Legon Botanical Gardens for some gooood goood self-love and writing. An avid double dutch-er, Natachi will first lead us in jumping rope to activate our sense of playfulness and chidlike joy before we write.
As a group, we will explore childhood and permission. With smaller prompts, we will be asking questions about our inner child as they still exist in our body. Adulthood comes with this notion that we make our own choices —so how has our sense of permission shifted since being children —what about when gender is involved? What may our child self be asking of our present selves?
