Guys and Gals, We will be getting our hands dirty tomorrow and digging in to some mouth watering Ethiopian - injera, shiro, tibs, the lot! We'll be congregating at Abyssinia (in Westlands) at around 7pm, but no stress if you can't come till later - beer and conversation will be flowing for a while before food arrives. And if you can't make it for dinner, please feel karibu to join for some coffee and popcorn (or Tej) after. Looking forward to seeing new and old faces! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Wednesday night dinner is all about having great meals family style with those new to Nairobi and those that call it home too, as we try out the vibrant Nairobi restaurant scene, and get good people together to wine, dine and have great chats! Everyone's welcome! Bring a friend or 3 if you like! How it works: 1. An admin will post the restaurant we will be going to every week by Monday and will request that you RSVP so they can book us a table and also, on some occasions, pre order the food for us for places that can do family style dining (If you have special dietary restrictions, please mention in an inbox to the admin here when you RSVP) If you have any restaurant suggestions, feel free to PM an admin. 2. Those that RSVP will then meet at the restaurant and meet new people, connect with old friends or just catch up with the friends you came with while having yummy dinner. 3. After dinner, depending on whether we ordered family style (Split food bill between us) or chose to do a la carte (Clear own individual bill), we grab after-dinner drinks at a bar near by or go home satiated. :-) That's it!
