A walk through Little Ethiopia & the Fashion District :
We begin in the Fashion District, next to the Fashion School where all of South Africa` s young talent begin their journey into the competitive world of Fashion.
A great opportunity to shop and get inspired.
We will also explore the Nigerian Traditional cloth shops
nearby that contribute to the African Renaissance.
Once we are in Little Ethiopia , our tour will include a coffee ceremony and we will discuss topics including :
* Amharic language and culture...
* Orthodox Christianity .. and Ethiopian Jewish roots
* The impact of Ethiopian people in Johannesburg today
* Ethiopian food & spices
~ we will also share a typical traditional meal after the talk
and there is an opportunity to shop.
