Where: Accra, Ghana

Pre-Planned Week Itinerary:

Day 1 – 27th Dec.23 – Arrival and transfer to your hotel – Alisa Hotel

Day 2 – 28th Dec.23 – AfroFuture festival Day 1 – Morning relaxation and then go for shopping to purchase traditional wear for the event. After lunch, we head to the El Wak stadium for the AfroFuture festival. Alisa Hotel

Day 3 – 29th Dec.23 – Day 2 of AfroFuture Festival – Have a city tour of Accra visiting the National Museum, Black Star Gate, Independence Square, Dubois Centre and James Town. We will then head to the El Wak Stadium for AfroFuture festival Day 2 or relax at your hotel – Alisa Hotel

Day 4 – 30th Dec.23 – Visit TK Bead, Aburi Botanical Gardens and Craft Village – Alisa Hotel

Day 5 – 31st Dec.23 – Morning and afternoon at leisure and then we prepare to go out for our New Year's Eve celebration – Alisa Hotel

Day 6 –1st Jan.24 - Depart for Cape Coast, on arrival, we visit the Cape Coast Castle and Kakum National Park canopy walkway – Ridge Royal Hotel

Day 7 – 2nd Jan. 24 - Have a Traditional Naming Ceremony in the morning, spend some time at the beach, and then depart for Accra, we visit Fort Amsterdam en-route if time permits – Alisa Hotel

Day 8 – 3rd Jan.24 – Morning relaxation at your hotel. We go to town in the afternoon for any last-minute shopping, and have an early dinner before your transfer to the airport for your departure flight.

Pricing

Double Occupancy (Land Only) - $3129 per person

Single Occupancy (Land Only) - $3919

Initial deposit of $400 (land only) is due by August 31st, 2023. Please note: The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Final Payment will be due November 1st, 2023.

*Travel insurance is highly recommended and can be purchased separately upon request.

Payment Plans can be arranged. Subsequent payments will be made via our secure online payment portal. The payment link and an individual invoice will be given once initial deposit has been made.

*Prices are based on costs, tariffs, taxes, charges, levies and rates at the time of booking. Increases of any of these costs or charges may result in an increase in the price of your vacation package.

*Missed payments of one or more payments as scheduled and your spot will be automatically canceled and the following cancellation penalty will apply.

*All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations and refunds are subject to cancellation schedule fee below.

Cancellation schedule fee:

60 days prior to travel date - Full refund (minus initial deposit)

59-15 days prior to travel date - 10% penalty (plus initial deposit)

14 days prior to travel date - 100% non-refundable

Cancellation Policy for ticketed events: Tickets purchased are Final Sale but Transferrable.

All Major Credit Cards are accepted with 3% processing fee.
