An eight piece band based in Accra, Village Junction is set to thrill patrons with a cool blend of afrobeat and highlife alongside a fusion of western and African instruments comprising korlorgo, xylophone, gonje, atenteben and kalimba among others.

The film “LABADI - Sound of a Neighborhood” documents different people living in the Labadi, a sprawling neighborhood of Accra. The area is characterized by a variety of sounds and noises - and this is effectively captured through the daily lives of the residents.
