DAY 1. NAIROBI TO TSAVO WEST This morning we will pick you up from your accommodation in Nairobi and we will make our way to Tsavo West National Park. Tsavo West is home to Mzima Springs which is the source of drinking water for the whole of Mombasa as well as some stunning scenery made up of rock and lava formations. We will overnight inside the park for the next two night. L,D DAY 2. TSAVO WEST Today we have the whole day to game drive and explore Tsavo West. This park is more about its dramatic landscapes than its wildlife but it is still home to a wide variety of Antelopes as well as Elephants and even Wild Dogs, depending on your luck here. B,L,D DAY 3. TSAVO WEST TO AMBOSELI After breakfast we will depart Tsavo West to make our way to Amboseli where we will stay just outside the park. Hopefully if weather is clear we will get great views of Mount Kilimanjaro during our stay here. B,L,D DAY 4. AMBOSELI Today we have the whole day to game drive and explore Amboseli National Park. This park is home to huge herds of Elephants and you will also have time to climb to the top of the observation hill and look out over the whole wetlands area and beyond. B,L,D DAY 5. AMBOSELI TO NAIVASHA We will depart Amboseli after breakfast and make our way to Naivasha where we will spend our next two nights close to the lake shores. There will be some time to relax on arrival this afternoon and during your stay here you will be able to embark on some outdoor activities. B,L,D DAY 6. NAIVASHA From our base today you will be able to partake in a boat trip on the Lake Naivasha where you should get to see some Hippos up close and personal and you will hopefully get to see the African Fish Eagle in action. You will also be able to do a guided nature walk in the Crater Lake National Reserve close by to Lake Naivasha. Here there is a huge variety of bird species and you may also walk amongst Giraffe, Zebra, Monkeys and various antelope. B,L,D DAY 7. NAIVASHA TO SAMBURU Today we will depart Naivasha and make our way on the scenic journey to Samburu. Samburu has a very dry and arid landscape and is home to some different species of wildlife you won’t fnd in many other Kenyan parks including the Reticulated Giraffe, Gerenuk, Helmeted Guinea Fowl and Grevy’s Zebra. We will stay here for the next two nights. B,L,D DAY 8. SAMBURU Today we have the whole day to explore Samburu National Reserve. The best time to do game drives here is in the early morning and late afternoon due to the high midday temperatures. The middle part of the day is best for relaxing! B,L,D DAY 9. SAMBURU TO NAKURU We will leave Samburu this morning and make our way back down across the equator to Nakuru, stopping for lunch in Nanyuki and paying a visIt to Nyahururu's Thompson's Falls on route. B,L,D DAY 10. NAKURU NATIONAL PARK Today we will have a full day to head to Nakuru national park and explore. This is one of the best parks to fnd the Rhino, one of the most elusive members of the big 5. Nakuru is a conservation area for the endangered Rothschild Giraffe and both the Black and White Rhino, being only as small park your chances to spot them are quite high. B,L,D DAY 11. NAKURU TO MAASAI MARA Today we will make our way to the Maasai Mara, stopping in Narok for lunch on route. On arrival there will be some time to settle in and relax. B,L,D DAY 12. MAASAI MARA Today we’ll depart for a full day game drive in the Maasai Mara. This national game reserve is home to all members of the big 5; Lion, Leopard, Elephant, Rhino and Buffalo as well as a huge variety of other wildlife but some species are very elusive so what you see all depends on your luck on the day! B,L,D DAY 13. MAASAI MARA Today we will have another full day to game drive in the Maasai Mara National Reserve. Look for anything you missed yesterday and see what new things you can spot today. Return to camp in the evening for a fnal BBQ dinner before bed. B,L,D DAY 14. MAASAI MARA TO NAIROBI This morning you will have a chance to stretch your legs on a Maasai guided nature walk where our guided will show you some of the plants and trees they use in their traditional medicine as well as look out for traces of wildlife to show you. Afterwards we will return to Nairobi and drop you back to your location of choice.
