THE LIVLYHOOD HEALTH EXPO 2016

On 25^TH MAY 2015, the city of Accra, Ghana has been selected to host the first major international HEALTH dubbed the “KEEP FIT GHANA” and to be broadcast live on major networks in Ghana and around the world, this a season of love so couples, family and friend who to take part in this program must know each order very well as they will also participate in the family/friends “how well do you know yourselves” on the 25^th MAY 2016.  

This epic international health race in collaboration with the THELIVLYHOOD EMPIRE, Where wealth and health meets, will attract over 15,000 professional runners locally and internationally, as well as more than 100,000 spectators from around the country. The half marathon will start from the Independence Square in Accra and pass through some of Accra’s tourist’s monuments, running along the Atlantic Ocean on the Labadi beach road, across the Trade Fair and through some lovely streets of Accra, via the National theatre, Kwame Nkrumah Mausoleum and back to the finish line at the Independence Square.  

HEALTH AND FITNESS EXPO SPONSOR As part of promoting a healthy living lifestyle for Ghanaians a Fitness and Health Expo would be held prior to the THELIVLY HOOD EMPIRE to showcase current and new ways of healthy living. Over 15,000 participants running in the HEALTH RACE will converge at the Aviation Social Centre between the 29th of August to the 4th of September for the Health and Fitness Expo.
