Join us for the thrilling Karen Open Triathlon! 🏊‍♂️🚴‍♂️🏃‍♀️ The third edition of this exciting event is set to take place on Sunday, 30th March 2025, at the beautiful KCB Leadership Center in Karen, Nairobi. With a total of 170 slots available, we encourage all fitness enthusiasts to register early!

The triathlon features a challenging 750m swim in a 25m pool, followed by a thrilling 20KM bike ride through the scenic Oloolua Forest, and concluding with a 5.5KM run through the picturesque Ngong View suburbs. Choose between the Individual Challenge for Kshs 4,500 or the Team Challenge for Kshs 6,500.
