Sing AfriChoral is an Arts organization committed to celebrating, preserving and, promoting the rich African choral music heritage through performance, education, creative activities and advocacy to create positive social changes. Sing AfriChoral's MU-MENT (Music + Mental Health) project, the center-piece of our organisation’s advocacy programme will be launched at the event. This is a project to help raise awareness on mental health in general especially the efficacy of modern medicine in alleviating most psychiatric conditions while highlighting the therapeutic effects of good music on mental health and well-being, as well as raising funds in support of mental health delivery in our country.
