Art has been used throughout history as a means of symbolic communication and expression in helping people to create and discover more meaning in one’s life.
This 1 Day experiential Art Therapy workshop taps into your innate creativity and focuses on bringing more positivity, fun and JOY into your world.
An overview of Art Therapy, experiential art making in order to gain a deeper working understanding of the art therapy process, the nature and value of symbols in images, upgrading negative beliefs to positive affirmations to bring about more joy in your world, guided visual activities and more.
No art skills are required to benefit from the workshop.
Run by Internationally trained and registered Art Therapist and mom, Samantha Davis.
