2019 Marked 400 years since the start of the Trans Atlantic Slave Trade which saw the African continent undergo drastic changes in its demographic and population dynamics.
During these periods to date, women have contributed in different ways to help uplift the image of the continent from Academia to the Arts in their own unique way.
This event is to shed light on women's achievements and women change-makers challenging the African status quo.
